A hospital survival guide for toddlers... by Rosie.

Being in the hospital was not just hard on me and Addy. It was hard on Rosie too. Before that day, she and I were exploring Washington all the time, going on mommy-and-me shopping trips to Seattle for matching Uggs, having fun lunch dates at fancy cafes- just us two, and hanging at the children's museum and the zoo. After that day, we still went to Seattle daily, but not for visits to Pottery Barn Kids like before. Instead, we went straight to the hospital, where we stayed in Addy's room for hours, until sadly (for me, anyway... for Rosie, this was probably the best part of the day), we had to leave her there and go home. But just like Addy, Rosie too made it through those 80 days, and if she were to share her experiences in a survival guide for toddlers, the cover would probably look like this:
