Addy's First Year Picture Book

Adelaide was born on 11-16-2010 with multiple intestinal artresias, volvulus, complicated meconium peritonitis, and a perforated meconium cyst requiring emergency surgery on the night she was born. She has Short Bowel Syndrome.  This is the story she keeps on writing for me.
